Shipping Policy

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order in our workshop. Production time may vary depending on the product type, size, finish, order volume, and custom requests.

Most standard mirror orders are usually prepared within 7–14 business days. Larger items, custom sizes, custom colors, benches, consoles, or special orders may require additional production time.

After production is completed, orders are carefully packaged for international shipping. We use protective packaging and wooden crate-style packing when necessary to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Estimated shipping time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and courier service. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, courier workload, holidays, weather conditions, or other delays outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

For orders shipped to the United States, shipping is included and import-related costs are covered by us unless otherwise stated during checkout.

For other countries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees may vary depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the buyer’s country and may be collected before or during delivery.
