Welcome to 3D Wooden Mirror. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All products on our website are handcrafted and made to order in our workshop. Since we work with natural solid wood, every piece may have slight differences in wood grain, color tone, texture, and natural pattern. These natural variations are part of the character of solid walnut and oak wood and are not considered defects.

Product photos are taken to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, color tones may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural wood variation.

Product dimensions are measured from the outermost points. Since our mirrors and furniture are handcrafted, small measurement differences may occur.

Custom size, custom color, and made-to-order requests are produced according to the details confirmed with the customer. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price of your order. We reserve the right to correct errors related to pricing, product information, availability, or technical issues on the website.

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping times may vary depending on production workload, destination country, customs procedures, courier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

For orders shipped to the United States, shipping is included and import-related costs are covered by us unless otherwise stated during checkout. For other countries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees may vary depending on the destination country and are determined by the customs authorities of the buyer’s country.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution according to our Damage During Shipping policy.

All website content, including photos, text, product designs, product descriptions, and brand materials, belongs to 3D Wooden Mirror and may not be copied or used without permission.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
